Rabbi Adam Starr is the spiritual leader of Young Israel of Toco Hills, a vibrant modern orthodox congregation in Atlanta. A graduate of Yeshiva College and the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary of Yeshiva University, he was the rabbi of the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale in New York from 2001 to 2008. He serves on the executive board of the Rabbinical Council of America.
